Modu Work Note Personal ("the app") is a personal web app for managing your own schedules, tasks and memos. The app does not keep your data on any server or database run by the operator. Your data is stored only in your browser and in your own Google Drive.
1. Information the app handles

The app does not send this information to the operator and uses no advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
2. Use of your Google account and Google Drive
When you press "Start with Google", the Google sign-in window asks for these permissions:
- openid, email: to confirm the connected Google account and its email address
- drive.file: access only to files and folders this app created. The app cannot see or change any other file in your Drive.
The app creates one "Modunote" folder in your Drive and stores your data there. The access permission (token) received from Google stays briefly in browser memory only; it is never stored or sent anywhere else.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The information is used only to provide the app's features; it is not sold or given to others, not used for advertising, and not read by people (except when you ask for it or the law requires it).
3. Sharing with third parties
The app does not share your information with third parties. Your data is stored in the Google Drive you connect yourself, under the Google Privacy Policy. The web page files are served by Cloudflare Pages; your schedules and memos do not pass through Cloudflare.
4. Retention and deletion
- Your data stays in your browser and Google Drive until you delete it.
- To delete everything: delete the "Modunote" folder in Google Drive and clear this site's data (my.modunote.app) in your browser.
- You can remove the app's access at any time in Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
5. Security
The app is served over HTTPS only, and the browser security policy (CSP) blocks connections other than Google sign-in and Google APIs. Per-item encryption is not available yet, so please do not enter sensitive information such as ID numbers, bank account numbers or passwords.
6. Your rights
You can view, edit, delete or export your data in the app at any time, and delete all of it as described above. Because the operator keeps none of your data, you do not need to ask the operator to view or delete it.
